Kostroma Marina & Glamping Concept
This concept is designed to combine a marina, a restaurant complex, and a recreation base within a single cohesive environment, with a focus on active leisure such as fishing, volleyball, and water-based activities.
The project brings together walking terraces, small architectural elements, leisure pavilions, docking infrastructure, and public waterfront spaces. The composition is complemented by accent features such as modular cabins, viewing platforms, timber decks, and a leisure boat, creating a unified environment for recreation, events, and interaction with the river.
Ipatievsky Monastery Waterfront Visualization, Kostroma
An early project for the waterfront area near the Ipatiev Monastery.
The entire scene was modeled manually, with each facade developed in accordance with real architectural objects.
The design follows an eclectic style combining Art Nouveau with elements of Neo-Classicism, in line with the project brief
Glamping at Grand Hotel Aristokrat
A completed glamping project for the Grand Hotel “Aristokrat” in the Kostroma region. Its key feature is a large event tent designed to host gatherings and special occasions. The cabins are positioned to open up views of the water, forest, and surrounding grounds, creating a sense of privacy without sacrificing the comfort of a full-service hotel experience. The project forms a calm and cohesive environment for recreation, where architecture becomes a natural extension of the landscape
Afloat — International Competition Project
A design project developed for an international competition focused on the creation of a flood-resilient urban territory in Jakarta, Indonesia. The project was shortlisted.
The concept of the public space is built on a dialogue between the expressive architectural form and the softness of the tropical landscape.
The flowing silhouettes of the buildings create a distinctive identity for the complex, while the inner territory unfolds as a pedestrian environment with reflecting pools, recreation areas, and lush greenery.
The central space is organized around decorative water features and a free-flowing system of pathways, creating natural scenarios for movement, meetings, and relaxed everyday use.
Palm trees, dense planting, small architectural elements, and intimate outdoor areas soften the scale of the development, turning the courtyard into a vibrant resort-like oasis.
The project brings together futuristic architecture, the natural fluidity of form, and a comfortable urban environment, where the landscape is not a backdrop, but an integral part of the spatial identity.
Concept only...
A floating house on pontoons, developed as a concept for a client based on their project brief. The concept is built around the idea of a secluded retreat on the water, where architecture combines the intimacy of a countryside home with a sense of complete immersion in the natural landscape. The compact timber volume, with its distinctive pitched roof, refers to the archetype of a traditional house, reinterpreted in a contemporary way through panoramic glazing, clean geometry, and an open perimeter terrace. Large glass surfaces open the interior toward the water and the evening light, blurring the boundary between the indoor space and the surrounding environment. The platform becomes a fully functional leisure area, with spaces for quiet contemplation, direct access to the water, a small private dock, and a secluded setting for relaxation. The project creates the image of an autonomous floating retreat — quiet, warm, and minimalist, designed for slow living in close connection with nature.
Sports Complex in Spain
The sports complex concept explores the idea of a multifunctional public space set on the water and integrated into the natural coastal landscape.
The architecture is built on the contrast between the bold sculptural form of the white main volume and the elongated terraced decks, which echo the shape of the shoreline and the layered structure of a ship’s deck.
The complex is connected to the mainland by lightweight pedestrian bridges that serve both as logistical links and public circulation routes. The project also responds to current environmental priorities: organized access is provided by regular shuttle buses, while bicycle and electric scooter rentals are also available.
Landscaping with palm trees and localized recreation areas softens the scale of the structure, creating the atmosphere of a contemporary resort park.
The project proposes a new type of sports infrastructure — not a closed facility, but a living recreational environment where sport, walking, and waterfront leisure become part of a single integrated experience
Visualization of the to2ko Veranda
Visualization of the veranda for the to2ko café in Gelendzhik.
The concept of the summer terrace is based on creating a warm and intimate space for relaxation, where natural materials and the atmosphere of a countryside home are combined with the function of an open bar and guest area.
The timber structure, expressive boat-shaped elements, rope details, and suspended greenery create a distinctive image associated with the aesthetics of waterfront leisure.
The terrace opens toward the surrounding landscape, while light canopies, soft lighting, and abundant greenery create a sense of comfort and shelter
Park Concept in the Village of Shunga
The park is conceived as a picturesque walking environment, with a sequence of open lawns, dense green areas, and small spaces for relaxation. Curved pathways gently guide visitors through the site, revealing new perspectives and gradually connecting all functional zones. A circular platform with a green amphitheater is integrated into the terrain, becoming the expressive center of the composition. It can be used for intimate events, social interaction, or quiet contemplative rest. Retaining walls, flowering shrubs, and the fluidity of the landscape lines create the feeling of a well-kept garden rather than a formal urban square. The project focuses on naturalness: the park is perceived as an already established landscape, enhanced with precise architectural gestures, comfortable routes, and places where people naturally want to pause
Memorial Area in Chentsy Village, Kostroma Region
The space is organized around a memorial stele, which forms a calm compositional center. The regular geometry of the pathways, neat metal fencing, and classic park lanterns give the area a strict and composed character, close to the tradition of memorial gardens. The landscaping softens this structure: flowering shrubs, coniferous accents, and well-maintained lawns create a living and respectful environment around the place of remembrance. Benches are placed away from the central axis, allowing visitors to pause, spend time in silence, and perceive the memorial not as a passing object, but as a space for personal reflection on history
